Automotive industry located in Aguascalientes, is looking for a HSE responsible with 3-years' experience ensuring compliance with government regulations in these areas, and managing employee's safety
**Required Education and Experience**
- 4-years bachelor's degree in Mechanical engineering.
- 3 years of experience verifiable experience in HSE area.
- knowledge of health, safety and environmental hygiene regulations and laws. (STPS, NOMS).

- Fluent English Speaker
- Self-time-management.
- Leader of teams and foster a culture of safety.
- Management plans, execute and monitor HSE initiatives.
- Analyzes situations and make informed decisions.
- Alert to Details and identifies dangers and comply with regulations.

- Solves practical problems and deal with a variety of changing situations.
- Knowledge of Mexican laws and regulations regarding HSE.
- Knowledge about principles of industrial hygiene and personal protective equipment.

- Design and provides HSE education and training programs on occupational risk prevention.

**Responsibilities.**
This position manages the efficient operations of HSE in accordance with company policies, practices, procedures, and applicable regulations to achieve the desired targets.
