.To lead the management of HSE function in JC Mexico Machining Center and support other sites in Mexico as assigned**Duties & Responsibilities**- Support assigned site(s) in planning and execution of Safety Leading Indicator program activities- Prepare annual HSE training plan and assign the trainings in LMS and provide progress review reports to the Site Manager.- Develop safety audit checklists and collaborate with area managers and supervisors to conduct the audits.- Support sites in planning and conducting the HSE drills as applicable.- Support sites in implementation of John Crane / Smiths standards and perform gap assessments.- Perform HSE data validation checks and help sites to identify environmental improvement projects in line with John Crane / Smiths KPIs- Train area managers and supervisors on risk assessment process and support them to lead in development of risk assessments their activities.- Develop site specific PPE program including selection of PPE and training employees.- Support in maintaining compliance to ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 Management System Certifications.- Drive and manage internal and external HSE audits for assigned sites.- Develop site specific compliance program including applicable permits, licenses & regulatory reporting and support site leadership team in driving compliance.- Develop site specific HSE programs / procedures as applicable and conduct periodic reviews as required.- Lead and collaborate with site leadership team in effective implementation of HSE programs / procedures.- Develop site specific waste management plan and support sites in identification of reduction opportunities.- Develop HSE training program and support sites in conducting trainings as per the training plan.- Support sites in incident management including incident classification, investigation and creating action items in PRISM system.- HSE Data Validation- Verification of corrective and preventive actions- Conducting HSE internal audits & Managing External Audits- Implementing HSE programs such as Leading Indicator Program, Industrial Hygiene Monitoring, HSE Training Plan, SDS Management System, All legally required programs, etc.- Conducting HSE reviews for new processes & projects.- Develop strong working relationship with site leaders, area managers and supervisors.**Diversity & Inclusion**We believe that different perspectives and backgrounds are what make a company flourish.
