Because why not do it all?**Key responsibilities (to name a few)**:- Ensure specific customer requirements.- Participate in reducing poor quality costs generated in manufacturing processes.- Ensure that preventive and corrective actions are taken in the production process seeking customer satisfaction and continuous improvement in the manufacturing area.- PPAP submission for new launches and Engineering changes- Coordinate corrective actions with a cross functional team until 8 D"s are fully submitted to the customer and provide evidence.- Document control.- Leading Internal and external Audit- Follow and close non-conformance findings in Internal and external Audits.- Review and close all eQIM.- HSE- Manage compliance with applicable standards for contractor personnel, visitors and suppliers within the facilities, maintaining file control and training to avoid incidents during their activities.- Monitor compliance with the guidelines and standards established by the corresponding authorities regarding Safety and Hygiene, Occupational Health and the Environment, establishing the necessary measures and/or actions to guarantee the safety of all employees, visitors, contractors or suppliers, as well as such as taking the necessary actions to eliminate any unsafe conditions existing in the workplace, in order to achieve the goal of zero injuries.- Monitor compliance with:(b) Regulations of STPS, SEMARNAT, PROFEPA, Civil Protection.(c) Injury prevention plan, closure of unsafe conditions(d) Environmental indicators regarding waste and carbon footprint reduction,Dissemination and control of documents of the Safety, Occupational Health and Environment System, as well as supporting any Campaign, Strategy and/or Internal Program to meet the Zero Injuries Objective.- Support the execution and verification of the routes in conjunction with the Safety and Hygiene Commission, to detect unsafe conditions.- Monitor and implement activities related to loss management and risk control- Coordinate and execute with the Occupational Health area the programs defined by the occupational health system to comply with the STPS.- Follow up with Occupational Health on absenteeism due to health reasons generated by work activity.- Ensure compliance with good manufacturing practices in this area of responsibility.- Manage compliance with applicable standards for contractor personnel, visitors and suppliers within the facilities, maintaining file control and training in order to avoid incidents during their activities
