You will serve as a trusted advisor, providing guidance on a wide range of HR topics, from talent management and workforce planning to employee relations and performance management. In this role, you will have the opportunity to shape the culture, foster employee engagement, and contribute to the achievement of our business objectives.**Duties/Responsibilities**:- **HR Partnership**: Collaborate with functional leaders to understand their goals and challenges, align HR strategies with business objectives, and ensure the HR function contributes to the overall success of the organization.- ** Talent Management**: Responsible for talent acquisition, development, and retention strategies.- **Employee Relations**: Provide guidance on employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, investigations, and performance improvement plans. Ensure a fair and consistent approach to HR practices.- ** Performance Management**: Oversee the performance management process, including goal setting, feedback, and performance reviews. Help managers and employees drive performance and achieve their professional goals.- ** HR Policies and Compliance**: Ensure that HR policies and practices are compliant with relevant laws and regulations.- **Employee Engagement**: Develop and implement engagement initiatives to promote a positive and inclusive work culture. Measure and analyze employee engagement data and recommend improvements.- ** Data Analytics**: Utilize HR data and metrics to make informed decisions and provide insights to drive organizational improvements. Identify trends and opportunities for continuous improvement.**Required Skills/Abilities**:- Minimum of 3 years' experience in an HRBP role. Experience in a shared service environment with emphasis on recruiting is preferred.- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, and industry trends.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships at all levels.- Problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
