Responsibilities:2. Oversee onboarding of new employees, ensuring they are properly introduced to the company culture, values, and policies.3. Manage offboarding processes, ensuring exit interviews are conducted and insights are utilized for continuous improvement.4. Develop and maintain deep connections with Universities, student groups, and other academia-based avenues to promote Smith4. Act as a point of contact and provide guidance and support to employees on a range of HR-related topics, including but not limited to: policies, benefits, career progression and similar topics5. Utilize WorkDay software to maintain employee records, track performance evaluations, monitor HR metrics, and generate data-driven reports.6. Partner with management to develop HR talent and retention strategies aligned with business goals.7. Advise managers on performance management issues, employee relations concerns, and disciplinary procedures.8. Assist in the development, implementation, and revision of HR policies and procedures.9. Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations.10. Coordinate with the HR team on payroll, benefits administration, and other HR programs.Qualifications:1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.2. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a Human Resources role with a focus on recruiting.3. Proficient in using WorkDay software for HR and Recruiting purposes4. Proven experience with employee onboarding and offboarding processes.5. Strong understanding of local and national HR laws, regulations, and best practices.6. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact at all levels of the organization.7. Strategic and analytical thinking, with strong problem-solving skills.8.
