Having avoided more than 9 million tons of CO2 in FY 2021 and committed to achieve carbon neutrality by 2030, Landis+Gyr manages energy better - since 1896.With sales of USD 1.5 billion in FY 2021, Landis+Gyr employs around 6,500 talented people across five continents.The Human Resources Generalist shall assist all employees, Managerial support and administrate resources.In this role, the Human Resources Generalist will:- Fill out HR documentation for union people- Recruitment and selection of personnel- Distribute safety equipment (shoes, glasses, etc.)- Support HR Supervisor in recruitment process and internal tours- File security guards reports- Helps HR supervisor with cafeteria meetings- Maintain personnel file up to date- Maintain safety wear data base up to date- Support in page system with birthdays, announcements and anything required by high supervision- Support in extra activities as required- To work according of the I.M.S.
