**Who You'll Work With**:
- You will join our Mexico office in Mexico City, and be part of the LatAm HR team as HR generalist.- You will work with HR colleagues and operations teams in our regional office. - You will support a diverse myriad of HR processes, provide counsel and advice to stakeholders on a wide range of employment and people related matters, escalating to the manager of HR and/or firm Legal as needed. You will play an essential role in taking our HR function to the next level by supporting our colleagues in Mexico office.- You will report to the Mexico HR manager and will have ownership or act as back-up for key HR processes and functions. You would be expected to deliver exceptional support to our colleagues, while ensuring the firm is compliant with all legal requirements. Some of the processes may include providing support for labor and immigration topics, provide insights and support for compensation and payroll related issues, supporting different initiatives and projects related to the full employee life cycle, people plans and solutions for Mexico, standardize, consolidate, update and organize People Policies and Procedures across Mexico, support development of employee engagement initiatives, develop and support HR analytics, participate in different HR projects on demand, support employee queries, among others. You should be able to adapt and address concerns with problem-solving approach to complex HR issues, in collaboration with the manager of Human Resources, within an ambiguous and complex regional context.- You will provide Human Resources support for colleagues in the Mexico offices across paths, departments, functions, and seniority, you will also serve as a point of contact for all local colleagues on HR policies and guidelines.- You should be able to understand and communicate with colleagues on people policies and procedures as necessary. You would be expected to support the launch of new initiatives for employee engagement, rewards and recognition, onboarding, and ignite new ideas for other HR initiatives.**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree. A Master and/or other professional degree in HR will be a plus
- 2+ years' experience in a global organization with progressing responsibilities in HR, preferably with a multi-country scope
- Maturity, empathy and gravitas to professionally handle sensitive people matters - minimizing liability for the firm and finding amicable solutions
- Entrepreneurial mindset to lead change and think strategically, and also have a thorough knowledge of Spanish Latam countries-specific people practices in adjacent industries of Consulting, Technology, Analytics, etc.
- Strong knowledge of relevant statutory labor and immigration laws, regulations and various rulings. Familiarity with various types of Rewards & Recognition schemes / benefits
- Proven quantitative and analytical skills with a keen eye for the details
- Basic project management skills preferred
