The role will be a key trusted business adviser and provide guidance in the areas of leadership, recruitment, employee relations, organization design and effectiveness, talent management, performance management, rewards and recognition, change management, and employee engagement. The Manager will be required to be Bilingual (English/Spanish).**Job Duties**:- Collaborates with leadership, company departments, to create and drive: effective employee engagement, employee relations, employee retention, career development, and reward and recognition programs to enhance the overall work experience of our employees.- Provides expertise, guidance and coaching to leaders managing highly sensitive and complex employee relations matters, inclusive of performance issues and terminations.- Recommends and creates procedures to continually improve and ensure compliance to company policies, practices, and federal, state, and local laws.- Assists in the development, implementation and administration of performance management programs to help achieve company/department objectives and enhance employee development.- Partners closely with other areas in HR on benefits, leave administration, recruiting and other human resources initiatives.- Builds and maintains strong internal business partnerships.- Gains an understanding of business knowledge by participating in client meetings and staying up to date on industry best practices.- Creates reports and analyzes the data accurately to determine trends and effectiveness of various HR initiatives and programs.- Assists the Human Resources Director with additional duties as needed.- We take charge of our personal development and are continuously committed to the professional development of our teams through empowering decisions, coaching and providing development opportunities- Commit to working together as one team, exceed service expectations by developing positive relationships and treat others with value and respect always.- Exhibit an honest and committed effort to delivering as promised, never compromising quality.- Achieve individual and team goals.
