**Responsibilities**- Recruitment Administration- Validating the data included in job requisitions and job descriptions as agreed in SOP- Provide support to schedule interview and manage logistics- Conduct pre-hire due diligence- Employee Data Management- Create New-hire record in the system- Update employee personal data changes which are not processed through Self Service (address/contact change, status change, ID change etc)- Update employee job data, organization data changes (cost center, department, supervisor change, title/job level changes etc)- Process separation and transfers in the system- Process employee data changes impacting pay data on payroll systems (address modifications, job title/job level changes, cost center, compensation changes)- Share information with required third party vendors (such as benefits vendors)- Respond to employee queries and escalate to other teams as required (benefits provider for any benefits query, grievances case to be escalated to retained teams)- Create standard reports such as Employee HC, employee turnover etc.**Qualifications**- Human Resources Experience (Recruitment, onboarding and employee data management)- Knowledge and experience with workflow and ERP.- Good knowledge of MS Excel & Word Computer skills (MS Office)- Strong Customer Orientation- Effective oral and written communication skills- Effective analytical & problem-solving.- Advanced English level requiredTipo de puesto: Tiempo completoHorario:- Turno de 8 horasPrestaciones:- Programa de referidos- Seguro de gastos médicos- Vales de despensaLugar de trabajo: Una ubicación- Health insurance
