With full training and support we will give you the opportunity to gain experience through iiPay's successful progression path and fast track your career!The Implementation Associate role works closely with our Project Management team and our Implementation Consultants to configure and deliver international payroll implementations for our global client base.Our Implementation Associates assist the wider project team in configuring all elements of the system and the creation of all project documentation where required. You will need to be able to review and reconcile data using Excel, enabling you to load the payroll information into iiPay's various software solutions accurately and on time.Requirements:Project Set-up – working with the internal project team, you will aid in the configuration of any material required to commence the project, including the configuration of payroll requirements workbooks, project plans, governance setup and PowerPoint slide creation.Client and Project Management – You will continually support the project team in the administration of project documentation and support in general implementation work where required.Payroll Process – You will assist in the creation of a client within our CRM system, payroll system and payroll process management tool among others.Local Registration Management – You will assist the project team with recording minutes and actions to allow clear and concise communication on next steps to register clients with authorities as they move into new countries
