Implementation Lead

Overview: Blackline is looking for a multi-talented professional to wear many hats, with multifarious responsibilities.
The Implementation Leader will be responsible for implementing the company's tools to new and/or existing clients.
**Responsibilities**:- Serve as the overall project manager on implementations, which includes coordination with multiple internal teams to drive the successful implementation of the Blackline suite of tools in accordance with project timelines.- Leads multiple concurrent implementation projects with general direction and standard implementation procedures.- Drives and manages all implementation milestones to completion within budget, scope, schedule, and customer satisfaction.- Creates and maintains thorough documentation throughout the implementation- Leverages established industry standard project management tools to ensure the consistent and efficient implementation of all projects.- Communicates with key stakeholders to ensure risk awareness, project progress, set expectations, and define next steps in a timely manner.- Performs other tasks and responsibilities as assigned.Qualifications:- 2-4 years of related experience- Experience working in a SaaS organization- Experience working on global projects that span multiple businesses segments- Experience working with cross-functional teams
