**The Role**:
The role of the Project Analyst is to provide support to the project managers, consultants and workstream leads for all I&T projects, including new implementation, transformations, remediations, exiting client projects and significant internal projects. Occasionally, the Project Analyst will travel to client sites (and AMS locations) both in and outside of the region. The size, scope and complexity of projects vary based on the client engagements.
The Project Analyst reports to the Manager (Consultant) and will engage with both internal and external stakeholders.
This role requires someone to work onsite at our Monterrey Office 1 - 2 times per week.

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Production of process & training documentation
- Involvement and support in preparation for and facilitation of process discovery
- Involvement & support with process challenge & design interventions
- Coordination and delivery of training
- Ensuring facilities and system(s) logistics/setups are complete
- Supporting the operational stabilization period
- Training plan and content design and delivery
- Support coordination of UAT activities for technology/automation in the solution
- Contribute to lessons learned
- Contribute to account handover
- Identify and communicate risks & issues to the Project Manager
**Skills & Experience**:

- Extensive administrative experience supporting a range of deliverables
- Experience working to tight deadlines and supporting multiple deliverables / activities at any point in time
- Worked without direct supervision
- Basic proficiency in using MS Excel & Word
- Ability to influence internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to interpret information and summarize requirements effectively
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on data analysis, interpretation and problem solving
- Proficient written and verbal communication skills
**Desirable Knowledge, Skills and Experience**:
- Experience using Microsoft SharePoint, Visio, Teams, PowerPoint & Project
- Experience of working in a project environment
- Experience either in a recruitment team previously or for a consulting company
- Demonstrated ability to conduct basic statistical analysis (mean, medium, correlation and causation) to be leveraged when building process recommendations
- Strong understanding of AMS operations and service offerings, including RPO and CWS and the importance of client requirements.
- Ability to create process documentation (i.e. guides, training manuals, process maps, etc.) with mínimal input or amendments required by other members of the project team
- Ability to produce process documentation that is clear and concise
- Knowledge of future trends in our industry, such as service offerings, robotics, artificial intelligence (AI), and recruitment marketing
