**General Description**:**Responsibilities**:- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.- Up to date with Mexican accounting.- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions promptly.- Reconcile bank and credit card statements.- Prepare and issue invoices to customers and clients.- Monitor and track expenses, ensuring appropriate classification and coding.- Assist in payroll processing, including calculating employee hours and wages.- Prepare financial reports, such as balance sheets, income, and cash flow statements.- Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures.- Preserve the confidentiality of financial information and ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.- Support during audits and tax preparation as needed.- Provide backup to the accounting department as necessary.- Keep precise records of accounts payable and receivable, payroll, daily financial entries, and reconciliations.- Execute daily accounting tasks like monthly financial reporting, general ledger entries, and record payments and adjustments.- Factura management and policies**Requirements**:- Education: Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field.- Knowledge of Accounting Principles: Strong understanding of fundamental accounting principles and practices, primarily related to Mexican tax laws, requirements, and practices.- Proficiency with Accounting Software: Experience with accounting software and familiarity with government tax platforms are preferred. Zoho One experience is preferred.- Computer Skills: Proficiency in Google Suite and advanced knowledge of accounting software.- Language Skills: Excellent command of English, especially in accounting terms, is crucial.**Payment**:$15,000.00 to 20,000.00 MXN gross monthly depending on experience.
