Incentive Plan Analyst

Job Title: Incentive Plan AnalystJob Summary: We are seeking an experienced Incentive Plan Analyst to calculate incentive award payments to sales personnel and manufacturer reps based on incentive plan rules and guidelines.Key Responsibilities: Performs activities needed for the development, implementation, communication, and administration of incentive programs, plans, and policies.Calculates and validates incentive payments.Reviews payment reports for accuracy and completeness.Communicates incentive payments to Micron Sales and Manufacturer Reps.Requirements: 5+ years of experience in finance, business analysis, business operations, or similar role.Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Finance, Business, etc.).Knowledgeable in Microsoft Excel and/or Power BI to manipulate and summarize large volumes of data using formulas, pivot tables, and power pivots.Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.Strong critical thinking skills and problem-solving abilities.
