Join the Co-Production International medical device manufacturing team, our brand-new facility will focus on the manufacturing of state-of-the-art radiation equipment used in oncology treatment. Uses judgment and criteria to solve problems related to his/her area of work, performing high precision work (such as Failure Analysis), by means of Studies (Capability, Correlation Analysis, DOE, etc.) and/or specialized equipment (Oscilloscopes, Coordinate Measurement Machines -CMM Coordinate Measurement Machines, etc.). Ensures the Application of the Non-Conforming Material Control System (Identification, Segregation, and Disposal)- Prepares, analyzes, and submits inspection and test reports. Notifies and Requests Corrective Actions to the corresponding Functions (Purchasing, Engineering, Production, etc.) on non-conformities and the of non-conformities and the causes that originated them and verify the effectiveness of Corrective Actions. May participate in Multifunctional Continuous Improvement Projects and/or Teams. Reviews Quality Requirements for the introduction and Transfers of New Products and/or Processes. Develops, Interprets, and Implements Quality System Documentation. Develops, Modifies, and Maintains the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) of your area. May coordinate the Inspection and Test Equipment Calibration Program (either through subordinates or outside services). Supports the Quality Manager or Quality Systems Coordinator in communicating with Certification Bodies. May attend and/or facilitate the performance audits of Regulatory Agencies.
