**Your team responsibilities**

The MSCI Research and Product Development organization is responsible for the ownership and evolution of all index methodologies. The Index Management Research group is focused on designing and improving index strategies through close collaboration with the Product, Client Coverage, and Technology and Data Services organizations as well responding directly to client on matters related to index methodology and construction.**What we offer you**

**Your key responsibilities**
- Master index methodology and index design process to ensure indexes meet construction, performance and delivery expectations of institutional investment clients.
- Responsible for the rebalancing performance of select factor and thematic indexes.
- Manage the creation of custom factor and thematic indexes
- Respond to client and coverage inquiries related managed indexes
- Participate in special projects related to index business growth / improvement
- Assist in the execution of index methodology enhancements

**Your skills and experience that will help you excel**
- Equity portfolio management experience
- Quantitative investment experience
- Python and/or other coding experience
- Communication (Verbal, Written) skills
- Experience working on multiple projects with tight deadlines.
- Investment operations experience
- 3 to 6 years of professional experience
- University degree in a quantitative field
