Take your next step and support us as an **INDUSTRIAL ENGINEER****DESCRIPTION**- Analyze and review existing processes and procedures.- Analyze and review the functions and processes of existing equipment.- Research and develop innovative equipment and implement them where necessary.- Supervise new processes and equipment and report on the waste reduction they provide, both in labor and costs.- Evaluate current costs and production and develop plans to reduce waste, such as labor and costs.- Evaluate current processes to automate them where feasible.- Design production layouts.
