.Duties and ResponsibilitiesThis job position will be located in MX and will be responsible for supporting the Nissan Americas region with cybersecurity responsibility for the US/Canada, Mexico, and LATAM. The position will be based in Mexico City.MonitoringDetect and respond to emerging threats such as APT and other forms of targeted attacks. Triage user reported phishing and malware emails. Investigate security alerts from various sources including Security Information and Event Management Systems (SIEM). Identify activity trends indicating a potential attack or intrusion. Correlate actionable security events from various sources including Security Information Management System (SIEM) data and develop unique correlation techniques. Develop indicators of compromise (IOCs) from detected threats.Incident ResponsePerform analysis of assets and incident handling tasks to support Incident Response.Threat IntelligenceProvide situational awareness on the current threat landscape and the techniques, tactics, and procedures associated with specific threats.Reporting & CommunicationEngage with users and Information Systems to resolve issues in a positive manner.
