Job ResponsibilitiesAssure coverage of warranty Lab tools and equipment for current and future needs (acquisition and installation).Perform warranty analysis according to specified test flow.Handle and store warranty returns and validation samples according to Bosch/customer requirements.Analyze products with comprehensive and correct analysis results (quality and timing).Record analysis results in SAP system – database and test results in assigned database.Provide technical support to warranty analysis lab technicians.Contribute to improve warranty analysis lab process, product validation process, and logistics.Participate in internal/external meetings to provide technical explanations.Follow internal escalation process.Systematically create a failure overview using warranty analysis database to develop an analysis troubleshoot guide.Main contact with Lead Plants for current and new analysis process, test flow, and equipment.Perform standardization of failures codes on warranty analysis database.Participate in Bosch initiatives.Support quality and environmental plant goals.Support Plant and Department activities.Write quality documents (e.G., test instruction or lab scope document).Acquire basic knowledge to execute Q&Z tests to support Q&Z labs tasks.Acquire basic knowledge to execute Service tests to support Q&Z labs tasks (Pull test).Participate in New Product Introduction, associated with test equipment acquisition and failure analysis guide.Utilize quality tools when needed to find root cause analysis and follow up to implement corrective preventive actions (e.G., PDCA).Minimum Qualifications3 years of professional experience in failure diagnostic, product/test engineering, preferably in the automotive industry including customer contact.Substantial product knowledge and experience with test equipment and tools, analysis tools (e.G., Oscilloscope, multimeter).Knowledge of soldering electronic components.Product validation and reliability testing knowledge is a plus.Strong communication skills, high initiative, independent working style, structured & analytical approach, accountability/reliability.Bachelor's degree in an Engineering discipline (Electronics, Mechatronics, Systems, or any Engineering with electronics knowledge).Advanced English proficiency.#J-18808-Ljbffr
