.Injection Sales Engineer / Ingeniero de Ventas de InyecciónPosition Summary:Work You'll Do:Execute sales strategies and plans provided by the company to achieve revenue targets for our products and related projects in the assigned region.Identify and prioritize key target markets and segments within the industry and implement focused sales initiatives to capture market share and drive growth.Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, and engineering & procurement contractors.Build and maintain strong relationships with network the team, helping them to establish a brand presence in their regions.Manage the sales pipeline, forecasting and tracking sales performance and reporting on key metrics to senior management.Negotiate and close sales contracts and agreements, ensuring alignment with company policies, profitability targets, and customer requirements.Collaborate with project management and process engineering teams from HQ to ensure smooth project execution, timely delivery, and customer satisfaction.Participate in industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to enhance brand visibility and expand the company's network within the region when the company requires.Being able to travel within the region is a must and able to travel abroad.
