Lead ManagerAre you hard working, driven by results, and looking for opportunities to excel? We are looking for a Lead Manager to nurture and maintain our database of leads. The right person for this role is friendly, professional on the phone and is genuinely interested in helping clients.**Responsibilities**:- Be First Contact for Inbound Leads- Outbound follow-up with Warm Leads- Specialized Prospecting to Industry Professionals- Specialized Prospecting to High Target Leads- Schedule Appointments- Update & Monitor CRMQualifications:- Able to speak and write English professionally- Comfortable on the phone- Comfortable with sales- Previous telemarketing/call center/sales experience is a plus- Understanding of the US real estate industry is preferred- Able to work weekdays 11am to 8pm ESTCompensation:- Base Salary- Monthly Commission- 3 Month, 6 Month, 12 Month Bonus StructuresAbout Us:We are Spire Home Buyers, a customer centered real estate investing organization.
