**Key Responsibilities**:
- Conduct outbound cold calls to potential clients, generating interest in our products/services
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
- Identify customer needs and provide suitable solutions
- Follow up on leads and close sales deals
- Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas
- Create and maintain accurate records of sales activities and client information
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for reaching new clients
- Prepare and present sales reports to management
**Requirements**:
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in a similar role
- Proven experience in cold calling and lead generation
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Spanish and English
- Ability to understand customer needs and present appropriate solutions
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in CRM software is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred)
