**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience as an Inside Sales Representative or similar sales role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales processes.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A positive attitude and a desire to achieve and exceed targets.
- Must be capable of navigating calls professionally with a strong emphasis on closing sales ethically and effectively.
