Inside Sales Support

Provide a fully documented service work in the associated IT system, supported by service and work instructions.
Management of the service stock.
Dealing with or participating in the preparation of cost estimates.
Responsible to answer customer's questions about their error descriptions or to obtain missing information.
Organization and processing of return deliveries and complaints.
Creation of sales orders due to the service process.
Cooperation with interface partners.
Organization of external transports (returns).
Creation and planning of service orders.
