You will be responsible of analyzing, designing, and creating the instructional design of different initiatives of training with Virtual Reality.You will be responsible, with the members of the area to communicate with the client to fulfill the necessary requirements and generate an instructional plan, using the highest standards of quality of the delivered products (redaction, orthography, and delivery times)Good grasp of the English language, high level redaction, writing and spoken is considered a plus, applied in the redaction of reports, presentations, and work plans.Effective communication with the work team and clients.Activities:Instructional design and development of e-learnings for virtual reality environments. (gamification)Creation of instructional scripts, or tecno pedagogic scripts according to the client's requirements.Control of evaluation methodologies applied to projects.Design and development of didactic materials like infographics, educative videos scripts, etc.Direct contact with the clientWorking and collaborating as a team of instructional designReviewing already existing content and adapting with the pedagogic methodologies required by the client or the project.Skills: Investigating, analysis and synthesis of content.Effective communication skills and being able to present ideas.Excellent orthography, spelling and redaction.Knowledge of the ADDIE methodology, or similar related to gamification.Experience is indispensable in education guided by technology and technological elements.Microsoft Office Skills**Requirements**:1 English 90% written, spoken and listening skills.
