If so, keep reading!**THE POSITION: Integration & Optimization Specialist**Please note that while this role is posted as one, we are hiring a) an Integration Specialist and b) an Optimization Specialist.**Integration Duties**:- Set up properties from A to Z in Guesty, our centralized property management software; - Configure workflow automations, reports and client's portals; - Ensure that all new property listings are professional, accurate and optimized for performance; - Constantly review and improve all elements of the integration procedure; - Study best practices, market tendencies and platform updates.**Optimization Duties**:- Collect the performance data from each platform, once a month; - Take action on the different optimization and/or listing changes tasks; - Follow up on the optimization tasks to make sure they result in generating bookings; - Constantly look and take action on the different opportunities/tips from each platform to increase visibility; - Execute any bulk listing's updates; - When needed, help the integration team with tasks such as pre-filling onboarding property questionnaires or working on channel distribution; - Because of our start-up environment, we need you to be open to working on many other tasks that might come up and we will appreciate your flexibility with the schedule if needed
