Because doing so can fuel the very innovation we are pursuing.Your Key Responsibilities Will IncludeAs a DRAM Engineering Group (DEG) Layout Designer Micron Technology, Inc., you will be responsible for creating physical layout of transistors, resistors, and capacitors for analog circuits used in the development of memory products. This includes building layout that meets the process rules and verifying that it matches the schematic. In addition, layout designers work on floor planning, routing, and power bus design. As an analogy layout engineer, you will be working with an exceptionally talented, passionate core team collaborating with peer teams crossing Micron global footprint, in a multiple projects-based environment.- Course work in CMOS Circuit Design and VLSI- Course work that included creating physical layout of circuits- Knowledge and experience using Cadence Virtuoso- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills- A self-motivated, enthusiastic team player who enjoys working with others- Good communication and documentation skills- Drive innovation into the future Memory generation with dynamic work environmentPreferred but not required- Knowledge of layout synthesis and place and route techniques- Experience with LVS and DRC tools such as Calibre- Standard cell construction and analog layout techniquesMicron Prohibits the use of child labor and complies with all applicable laws, rules, regulations, and other international and industry labor standards.
