**Responsibilities- Onboarding activities: contact new hires, coordinate with external vendors the pre onboarding activities.- Internal Communications: prepare flyers, coordinate publications in Workplace and help in organizing internal events.- Support with the follow up activities for the NOM 035.- Manage invoices and control expenses of the department.
**Qualifications**- Student in the 5th to 7th Semester of Human Resources, Psychology or Business Administration.- Advance English skills- Manage Microsoft tools
