We are hiring an Intern/Student Accounting, who will support our Shared Services Center in Monterrey, Nuevo Leon. In this team, you will have the opportunity to learn about administrative and accounting tasks in a global team.
What to expect as an Accounting Intern: Running appropriate reports and distributing payroll to employees.Reviewing earnings, deductions, and benefits calculations.Answering all ZF plants and their employees' questions concerning payroll and individual payslips.Helping to submit information using Tax agencies Portals (SAT, IMSS, INFONAVIT).Accounts Payable Vendor Invoices Data entry with different currencies.Analysis and resolution of Accounts Payable invoice problems.Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable balance reconciliations, including Intercompany transactions.Customer Collection.Running Reports of Past Due Customers/Vendors.Creating third-party customer invoices, credit memos, and customer statements.Verification and application of customer payments.Assisting in the Accounting month-end close process.How to maintain an excellent relationship with third-party customers and with our ZF operating units.Your profile as an Accounting Intern: Current Student in Accounting, Business Administration degree, or other related.Experience not required.Strong computer, analytical problem-solving, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.Very good computer skills using MS Office, knowledge in SAP system would be a plus.Preferred with 50-70% Bilingual English/Spanish.Why choose ZF in Monterrey, N.L?
