.**Job Description**:- Create/ Implement Internal communication strategy to improve employees engagement (Work Place of Choice).- Evaluate effectiveness of internal communication strategy.- All People Meeting Planning.- Manage an active calendar of appointments, understand priority / urgency, and reorganize appropriately, including meetings management and content for Sr. Leader and manufacturing staff.- Diagonal meetings coordination for Sr. Leadership (participants and content coordination).- Executes internal communication projects: internal media maintenance, content design and effectiveness measurement. Supports internal communication projects.- Assist in receiving special guests, invitees, suppliers, government, and key stakeholders of the business.- Use Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) to prepare, modify and proofread communications.- Complete various assignments as requested with mínimal direction, including meeting planning, employee engagement and recognition events, and special manufacturing projects.- Continuously look for ways to improve efficiencies of day-to-day tasks.- Lead all aspects of office administration using independent thinking and judgment with sole discretion for office procedures.
