Come do work that matters.**How you'll contribute**:- Manage and supervise the accounting activities of our international subsidiaries, ensuring compliance with local statutory and regulatory requirements- Coordinate with the finance team to ensure timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing processes- Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures in line with international accounting standards, ensuring consistency and accuracy across all entities- Assist in developing best-in-class shared services functions, with a focus on automation- Monitor and review financial statements, general ledger, and other financial reports to identify discrepancies and propose corrective actions- Collaborate with tax advisors and legal teams to ensure compliance with tax regulations and transfer pricing policies- Prepare and review consolidated financial statements for international entities, ensuring accuracy and adherence to accounting principles- Participate in the budgeting and forecasting process for international operations, providing financial insights and analysis- Implement internal controls and maintain documentation to ensure compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOX) requirements- Liaise with external auditors and oversee the annual audit process for international subsidiaries- Stay updated on changes in international accounting standards, tax regulations, and reporting requirements, ensuring compliance and implementing necessary changes as required- Provide guidance and support to the accounting team, including training, mentoring, and performance evaluations**Who you are**:- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A master's degree or professional accounting certification (e.G., CPA, ACCA) is highly desirable- Minimum of 10 years of experience in accounting, with a focus on international accounting and consolidation- Proven experience in managing accounting operations for international subsidiaries, including month-end and year-end closings, financial reporting, and audits- Proficient in accounting software and ERP systems; experience with NetSuite is preferred- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and provide strategic insights- Strong understanding of tax regulations and transfer pricing principles- Knowledge of internal control frameworks (e.G
