Job Descriptions:1. Responsible for the human resources operations of local employees in overseas areas and Chinese expatriate employees (including but not limited to transfers, contract management, file management, non-cash benefits, local supplier docking, etc.)2. Build and formulate human operation plans, work processes, and service standards to ensure legal compliance, efficient processes, and good employee experience.3. Implementation of the group's human resources policies and procedures overseas locally.4. Initiate and lead overseas human resources projects and continuously improve human resources operations5. HR system data maintenance and digitalization supportRequirements:1. Bachelor degree or above2. 3-7 years of work experience, blue-collar HR mana experience is preferred3. Priority will be given to those with experience in system construction and project management related to HR operations4.
