INTERNATIONAL MOBILITY - NOGALES / USA - EXPATRIATION
Objectif et missions
As part of the work package transfer to Nogalès, we are looking for an industrialization methods group manager to manage and support the local teams in the deployment of this project.
In this context, you intervene to:
- Coordinate local Industrialization Methods (ME) teams in order to provide plants with an industrial system capable of meeting objectives in terms of HSE, Quality, Costs, Production rates
- Define and implement work benchmarks
- Provide Nogalès with the expertise necessary for industrialization (design of industrial systems, PE production and assembly, tolerancing, metrology, etc.)
- Organize and ensure the skills development of teams within the framework of the strategic orientations defined by Management
- Organize the industrialization of new products* and/or major modifications in compliance with internal and external customer commitments
- Monitor the load/capacity of your area of activity.

Profil
You have at least 5 years of experience in management, but also project management methods and industrialization.
You have very good knowledge of composite and metal. English is mandatory. Recognized for your leadership and management methods, you will be able to bring your expertise to local team.
A 2/3 years expatriation contract may be offered with a place of residence in the United States with daily travel to Nogalès.
