By studying how people work and by bringing human insights to these places.**Why people choose to work with us**:We encourage curiosity and critical thinking, we embrace well-being in its broadest sense and we provide mentoring and inspiration at every step of your career journey.**What you will be doing**:Steelcase Monterrey is looking for an International Order Fulfillment Consultant.- This person is the primary business consultant between Steelcase NA, Dealers and Field Sales dedicate mentoring and handling dealer activities prior to order being created and placed with Steelcase.- Understands the Steelcase order fulfillment value stream, and optimizes supply chain, manufacturing and delivery efficiencies, resulting in a phenomenal customer experience.- Possesses good interpersonal skills to effectively modify dealer behavior to conform to the Accelerate order management model.- Aware of and supports Lean and continuous improvement methodologies.- Understands the health and well-being of the dealership through performance measures and plays the role of the dealer advocate to quality and manufacturing management for awareness and drives process improvement.**Who you are**:- You are an effective communicator, written and verbal and are able to organize thoughts and information before sharing.- You can use interpersonal communication skills to positively interact with a variety of people.- Demonstrate poise and confidence when presenting information to any size group. Has ability to lead pre-order meetings with dealer and field sales contacts.- You have the ability to identify and implement remedial corrective action for order management problems or issues.- Have an awareness of continuous improvement/Lean methodology. Understands the LASER and quality documentation process and monitors. Aware and involved in Lean methodologies.- Able to work with internal Steelcase departments to fulfill dealer orders and resolve problems.- You understand technology used to support order management activities (i.E.. SAP, SharePoint, Excel, IM, telepresence).- Display the ability to adapt based on work conditions and management of various time sensitive tasks.Do you have good customer service and order management skills?**Qualifications**:- Bachelor's degree (business) or related.- Advanced English, spoken and written.- Knowledge in Logistics is a must- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role- We are proud of our diverse and inclusive workforce, and we're always looking to get better.
