.**Main Purpose**This role is to provide support to the Inventory Optimization team as a surge resource to initialize all input data. The nature of the work is proactive and must be able to alert key stakeholders quickly.This role is responsible for data accuracy for all locations/material; they will entail monitoring data quality metrics, engaging SMEs in field and sector to determine appropriate input values for each parameter. Will include running sensitivity analysis to determine impact of a range of choices for input values have on the output vales; analyze and review withIO team.**Accountabilities**:Input Data Maintenance (initialize for all 200,000+ item-locations)- Target Customer Service Level (including segmentation to be determined)- Min/Max Internal Service Level (ranges or specific values applicable to each source plant)- Forecast, Sales, Forecast Error CV (ensure CV algorithm is working correctly with Fcst & Sales data)- Production/Transportation Lead Time (gather input from field for 50,000+ source item-locs)- Production/Transportation Lead Time Errors (ensure schedule adherence input algo is working)- Holding Cost (accuracy of unit costs and IO's algo to double for each echelon for MEIO)- Stocking Node Type (gather intel from field/sector to determine which should be non-stocking)- Safety Stock Policy (push/pull: determine best fit based on how we operate the supply chain)- PBR (Periods Between Review): (modeling approach: historical data or simplifying assumptions)- Min/Max DOC settings: (initialize based on Avail, tune based on source plant decisions)- % Threshold vs Last settings (ensure populated appropriately per alignment with IO team)Solution Quality- Work with IO team to perform sensitivity analyses to various input parameters- Present data in format to efficiently compare scenarios, at detailed and aggregate levelsDefaults- For all the above input parameters, set up granular defaults in order to leave behind a sustainable input data management process**Qualifications/Requirements**:- Fluent in English- 6 months - 1 year of relevant planning / inventory management experience Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Engineering, Administration, or related.- Advanced Microsoft Excel- SAP ERP, SAP IBP - Desired- Excellent written and oral communication skills and experience providing business requirements to IT.- Analytical skills and data management. Able to efficiently manage large amounts of data. Summarize for insights. Filter, concatenate, lookup, make mass updates, revert to original settings, iterate for multiple sensitivy cases, compare outputs succinctly.- Can work collaboratively in an unstructured environment.- Can prioritize tasks and work on several projects simultaneously
