As a member of our supply chain team, you'll make sure those raw materials make their way into our factories, where they're transformed into the products that help build a better world.
**Job Purpose**:
Responsible for managing processes to ensure Caterpillar accuracy levels are maintained and improved. Functions include: reconciling stock record and system discrepancies by analyzing various types of transactions and systems, working closely with other functional areas and meet department goals.

**Requirements**:
- University degree finished or in progress
- Proficiency in the English language (both verbally and in writing) is required.
- Analytical, interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently on multiple work threads and must be highly organized.
- Attention to detail and the ability to learn new tasks quickly are a must.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel, Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
- Experience in Record Accuracy Management (RAM).
- Understanding of inventory adjustment procedures and supply chain management is a key skill set.
- Leadership, project management and writing skills, with experience in process development and documentation.
- Initiative, ability to learn quickly and teamwork skills while working in a diverse and cooperative team environment.
- Practical knowledge of SRA, SPM, SAP systems.
