**IPA Infrastructure Engineer****Job Summary**We are seeking highly collaborative, creative, and intellectually curiousIntelligent Process Automation (IPA) Infrastructure Engineers.
As a member ofthe Chubb EIS IPA Team, you will be responsible for monitoring,troubleshooting, diagnosing, maintaining, and resolving issues within Chubb'sstrong curiosity and internal drive to resolve operational challenges andengineer solutions to decrease issues in the future.
**Responsibilities **Monitor and ensure all the automation RPA BOTs (VDIs or Nodes) are up andrunningRespond to, track, and resolve Jira, Service Now Requests and incidentsCreate custom extensions with PowerShell or Python scripts to automatemanual tasksDocument processes and operational knowledge baseBuild and prepare prod and non-prod environments based on project needs,including data integrity and integrationsDevelop and implement secure automation solutions for development, testingand production environmentsContinually look for opportunities for automation and improvement for prodand non-prod environment managementDocument and publish required documentation for service operation.Total relevant experience should be around 3-5 years.
**Mandatory**:- Linux Administration- Windows Administration- Experience with working on an operational support team.- Managing requests through a standard ticketing system (Jira,ServiceNow, etc.
)- Experience with a scripting language like Python, Bash, Powershell,etc.- Experience with any Automation tool (WorkFusion, SOROCO, UI Path, BluePrism, etc.
).- Ability to troubleshoot scripts that automate software delivery andinfrastructure delivery capabilities.- English on a conversational level.
**Good to have**:- Certification in Microsoft Azure (AZ-900).- Exposure to monitoring tool such as Datadog, Azure Insights and ELK.- Experience with Docker & AKS.- Experience working on microservices based architecture.- SQL Database knowledge like SQL Server, PostgreSQL.- DevOps tools like Ansible and Terraform.
