Job Description - IST4 - Industrial / Manufacturing Engineering (0093TO)IST4 - Industrial / Manufacturing Engineering - 0093TOResponsibilitiesGuarantee the performance of industrial processes by using/tracking internal digital platforms to track manufacturing operations (manual and automatic).Ensure the implementation of SPS principles (Schneider Performance System) and develop methods and tools 6 Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, and MPH for assembly processes.Lead continuous improvement projects/events to achieve productivity goals considering Quality, Cost, and Time. Influence and convince peers and team members to implement and sustain changes.Manage continuous improvement for line architectures and ensure capacity adaptation according to industrial growth using SPS dedicated tools (Time Standards, CAMA, LADM) while understanding constraints and bottlenecks.Optimize Lead Times and assure capacity of the lines by leading continuous improvement events.Lead diagnostics and analysis of data to conduct problem-solving using RCA, Ishikawa diagram, 8Ds, and others, and implement solutions based on the results obtained.Define & maintain a referential operating time based on measurement tools (Video-analysis, MTM-UAS) and define/develop/improve standard work for manual operations following quality and safety guidelines (Ergonomic principles).Ensure the feasibility and profitability of investments adapted to the needs of optimization and development processes (CAPEX) through PMP or project management and agile frameworks/methodologies.QualificationsBachelor's Degree: Industrial, Automation, Mechanical, Electrical, Robotic, and Mechatronic Engineering.Experience: Desirable at least 1 to 3 years.Technical Knowledge:Lean Manufacturing - Lean Tools (KAIZEN, SMED, 5S, VSM, 8 wastes, TPM, KANBAN, One Piece Flow, JIT, Poka Yoke, etc.). Level-loading and line balancing, Capacity Management, and constraint theory.CAD tools and software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, CATIA).MS Office (Advanced Excel, Power Apps, VISIO, Project).[Desirable] Agile methodology/frameworks or PMP (project management).[Desirable] Ergonomic principles.English Level: Proficient (Reading, Writing, and speaking).#J-18808-Ljbffr
