This role is within an application delivery team that provides new and enhanced system capabilities for Operations and Supply Chain business functions as well as expanding use of existing capabilities across the company.Role Responsibilities:Collaborate with business verticals, spanning multiple regions, to define business requirements for IT projects and system enhancements. Translate these into functional and non-functional requirements.Advise business and IT on best practices relating to system functionality and business processes.Manage enhancements, including design, testing, and change control processes.Develop clear and comprehensive functional design and setup documentation.Assist with Oracle EBS configuration and manufacturing data conversion tasks for integration projects.Design and execute test plans to ensure solutions meet requirements. Partner with business for user acceptance testing.Create training documentation and knowledge base articles.Keep change management system up-to-date and accurate.Engage with external software and service providers.Assist production support team.Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor's degree or equivalent in education, or 3 years of IT Analysis.3 years of using Oracle EBS R12.2 Supply Chain modules, including MES, MSCA, and Quality.Willing to travel up to 20%.Preferred Qualifications:Experience with a combination of Oracle EBS Supply Chain modules: Inventory, PIM, BOM, WIP, PO, Cost Management, ASCP, iSupplier, and iProcurement.Working knowledge of warehouse management systems, particularly Manhattan (WMOS, WMi, or SCALE) or Oracle WMS.Experience integrating on-prem and SaaS bolt-on applications with Oracle EBS.SQL.ConfigSnapshot, API Wizard.Knowledge of IT project management and application development phases.Lean Manufacturing background.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to work effectively within project teams and independently.Possess effective verbal/written communication skills and critical listening/reading skills.Our policy is to provide equal employment opportunities to all qualified persons without regard to race, gender, color, disability, national origin, age, religion, union affiliation, sexual orientation, veteran status, citizenship, gender identity and/or expression, or other status protected by law.#J-18808-Ljbffr
