Role and Responsibilities

Administration and Troubleshooting of Windows Server 2019, 2016, 2012 R2, 2008 R2 servers in both Hyper-V environment and Azure

Performing windows server update in host and virtual machine as part of patch management

Monitor and respond to hardware and software alarms generated by SCOM using appropriate problem determination tools

Performing changes for Adding/expanding RAM, Disk and CPU to the Virtual Machines as well as physical severs with help of vendors
