It Finance Executive

**BAT MEXICO IS LOOKING FOR AN** **IT FINANCE EXECUTIVE****JOB TITLE: IT FINANCE EXECUTIVE****FUNCTION: INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY - DIGITAL BUSINESS SOLUTIONS DBS****CITY & COUNTRY: MONTERREY, MEXICO****ACCOUNTABILITIES**- Ensure Purchase Orders are configured within COUPA/SAP for supplier payment- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure payment invoices are submitted in a timely fashion- Coordinate with DBS involved parties to ensure all costing requirements are captured for projects- Supervise and measure DBS Analytics spend (actuals vs. budget)- Collaborate with DBS Analytics leadership on financial management- Review and advise on Statements of Work to ensure financials are accurately represented- Coordinate with DBS Finance to ensure accruals and actuals are captured during the appropriate time periods**EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE****ESSENTIAL****Experience Required**- Experience with budget management and preparation- Experience with developing trends and projects for cost models- Experience conducting cost optimization reviews**Technical / Functional / Leadership Skills Required**- Able to manage, guide and lead employees to ensure appropriate financial processes are being used- Solid understanding of accounting principles**Education / Qualifications / Certifications Required**- 4-year degree in Business/Finance or 4-6 years working experience preferred**BENEFICIAL**- Experience with SAP processes- Experience with client engagement- Experience with financial process design
