**Role Purpose**The Manager of Information Technology (DIT) is responsible for implementing and maintaining systems to support the ADC Mercurio strategy and to promote operational efficiencies in a cost-effective manner. The individual will have overall responsibility for delivering technology using an outsourced solution and serve as a catalyst to drive technology solutions as a key component of the Company's long-term success.**Major Responsibilities**- Supervise, manage, and coordinate all aspects of the outsourced IT support organizations.- Provide SAP B1, infrastructure network, desktop, mobile device, and printer support as required.- Manage internal and external resources within budget and project schedules.- Work with leadership teams to maintain technology roadmap.- Analyze, suggest and implement IT policies for employees and the organization.- Ensure policies and technologies are in place to ensure data security, and all IT systems are safe and secure.- Ensure the smooth functioning of all IT systems.- Monitor information backup procedures, disaster recovery practices and procedures.- Drive key technology enhancements and solutions throughout the organization.- Track assets and maintenance process in coordination with IT Support vendor.- Responsible for project delivery of IT projects (Infrastructure, Desktop, Security, etc.).**Competencies**- Manufacturing industry experience across multiple companies.- ERP, WMS, MRP, Demand Planning Applications background.- Worked in changing environments and on various platforms.- Proven experience as Manager or similar role.- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.- Outstanding communication abilities.- Strong IT generalist.- Project management.- Business process.- EDI X12 and SPS Commerce experience- WMS - Experience implementing, and support preferred- Infrastructure - hardware, network, web, desktop support and troubleshooting- Systems security - audit**Required Education and Experience**- BS/BA in computer science, engineering or relevant field or equivalent.- Successful implementation of an ERP system.- Experience working in a model utilizing outside resources and working in a cloud environment.**We Offer**:- Superior Benefits of the law.- Savings fund for employees.- Competitive salary.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSalario: $35,000.00 - $50,000.00 al mesHorario:- Lunes a viernesPrestaciones:- Vales de despensaExperiência:- Implementación de ERP: 2 años (Obligatorio)- SAP B1: 1 año (Obligatorio)Idioma:- Inglés (Obligatorio)
