Develops technology roadmap for the IT department and executes plans for continuous improvement of its infrastructure
- Analyze department needs, identify vulnerabilities, and boost productivity, efficiency, and accuracy to inform business decisions.
- Continuously analyze current processes, technologies, and vendors to identify areas of improvement.
- Interact with management and staff to provide technical assistance for continuous improvement of IT solutions.
- Establish and maintain a positive, productive relationship with operations, Software Development, Sales, Marketing, Client partners, and staff.
- Plan, organize, schedule, and supervise the day-to-day technical support activities, including troubleshooting, customer service issues, approvals, Updates, and installations.
- Measure, monitor, and maintain the team's ability to meet or exceed contact and resolution Service Level Agreements (SLA).
- Oversee management of IT Assets inventory & Tracking.
- Prepare cost-benefits analysis reports when upgrades or New Technologies are necessary, continuously analyzing vendors to ensure they offer the best possible service and value for company needs.
- Responsible for managing all procedures related to the identification, prioritization, and resolution of incidents as well as the monitoring, tracking and coordination of IT Operations functions
- Own projects, solutions, and key responsibilities within larger IT initiatives & Projects
- Research and evaluate emerging technologies, hardware, and software
- Develop technical staff competencies through coaching and training
- Communicates with management, customers, and other departments for support.
