SOFTNETIT NETWORK FIELD SUPPORT**Requirements**:- Bachelor Degree or Technical Institute Degree/Certificate in Computer Science, Information Systems.- English: 70% - 80%**Experience**:- At least 1 to 3 years of professional experience in Enterprise environment involving a geographically distributed network.- Ability to identify and analyze network quality and operational processes and then drive corrective / preventative action plans.Desired Skills:- CCNA Routing and Switching Certification.- ITIL Foundation v3 Knowledge.Activities:- Ensure Network connectivity of servers and end user equipment with corporate network access requirement.- Network Hardware Installation.- Assists in the monitoring and management of network and videoconference performance.- Perform network asset management task as requested including the maintenance of network component inventory and related documentations of technical specifications, configuration and topology.- Participate as request, incident or change management leader for ITIL Processes.- Manage and ensure optimal operation of all network hardware.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoTipo de jornada:- Lunes a viernes
