Candidates should be able to:Assure Corporate Standard Systems and applications functionality and predictabilityResponsible for applications uptime and system integrity, with a focus on continuous improvement2nd level support through the company internal ticketing systemMonitoring, problem isolation and resolutionInstallation, configuration, troubleshooting and performance analysis for applicationsStrives for system performance and continuous improvementOrganizes and coordinates the update/maintenance activities required for patches, updates, and fixesManages the implementation of solutions applying to addition, modification, or removal of applications and/or system componentsIncident, Request, Problem, and Change Management according to LEONI standardsYour Skills:Bachelor's degree in Information System Management or related fieldAt least 3 years of professional experienceKnowledge of ERP SystemsUnderstanding of Business and IT Processes within production environmentCustomer Oriented and Excellent communication skills in English (Both written and verbal)We offer:All the benefits of a top employer committed to further development, intercultural exchange and innovation.
