As an IT PORTFOLIO ANALYST, you will be part of the global project portfolio management (PPM) team responsible for governing IT's portfolio management process, facilitating IT project ranking, conducing IT resource demand and capacity reviews, and leading small project(s). You will organizationally be part of the IT PMO and will functionally report to the IT manager responsible for the PPM team.Job site: This Job is located in Queretaro #LI-Hybrid and will report to Manager.**Key Responsibilities**- Coordinate all activity required to manage the IT project portfolio planning cycle for assigned portfolios (including approvals workflow, gates governance, project ranking, demand/capacity planning).- Communicate and provide support to Project Schedulers, ensuring requested project updates to portfolio and project management tool are completed promptly.- Support efforts to ensure processes are defined and tools are configured to capture resource demand, prioritization of demand, execution and accurate reporting of approved projects.- Coordinate workshops and training on the PPM process and toolset.- Test and document PPM process and toolset changes.- Create and produce relevant reports for business, front line IT, resource managers, and senior management.**Qualifications**- A four-year degree or higher in Information Systems Management, Computer Science,Engineering, Chemistry, a related discipline, or equivalent experience.- Minimum 6 years of IT or a related discipline project management experience - PMP Certification (preferred).- Strong data and skills.- Strong process orientation and project management skills.- Strong oral and written English skills, easily express complex concepts in audience-appropriate terms.- Influencing, and coaching skills at all levels of management.- Must be able to work comfortable and remotely with lack of face-to-face time with colleagues and managers.**Some of our #benefits**:- Healthcare- Insurance- Pension plansTipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSalario: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 al mesHorario:- Lunes a viernesPrestaciones:- Aumentos salariales- Seguro de gastos médicos mayores- Vacaciones adicionales o permisos con goce de sueldoTipos de compensaciones:- Bono anual- Bono mensualLugar de trabajo: remoto híbrido en 76138, Querétaro, Qro.
