.Role: IT Project ManagerModality: HybridLocation: San Luis PotosiGross Salary: Until $55,000 MXNWorkday: Monday to FridayLaw and Plus BenefitsPay Roll: 100%Professional DevelopmentResponsibilities/Role(s)/DutiesPreparation of Intake Assessments for IT Infrastructure projects to ensure the goals, objectives, scope, effort, cost, and benefits are clearly defined and analyzed.Oversee the day-to-day management of the list of IT infrastructure initiatives and supporting resource capacity.Collaborate with the IT Infrastructure Project Lead to identify and manage key program metrics within the infrastructure team and provide regular reporting on the program status.Lead the initiation, planning, scheduling, execution, monitoring, controlling, and closing of IT Infrastructure projects.Prepare project charters as needed.Identify project tasks and resource requirements with the project team and external resources.Plan, schedule, and manage project timelines, dependencies, and milestones using a project plan.Identify, assemble, and coordinate project resources.Prepare, manage, and report on project budgets.Use various project management tools and software applications to proactively track, monitor and control project deliverables.Manage the triple constraint (time vs. scope vs. cost).Prioritize and delegate project tasks, providing timely direction and support to the project team on a day-to-day basis.Proactively manage project risks, including the mitigation strategies.Challenge performance gaps of project team members, vendor partners, and provide coaching/mentoring support.Facilitate meetings and go live activities, while keeping a keen eye on quality.Proactively cooperate with Project innovation.QualificationsDegree: Information Technology or related career with the automotive industry5+ years in project management and administration: Infrastructure, Networking and/or Cybersecurity.3+ years' experience of building project management, budget planning, and people management.English B2-C1 (Spoken Competence, Reading and Writing)Knowledge of international regulations and standards (FDA, INVIMA, ANMAT, ISC, ISO).Availability to work Central Time (CST)Certifications: SCRUM, PMI, PRINCE2 (Ideal)Personal Characteristics (soft skills)ProactiveStrong presentation and communication skills.Experienced in international project execution.Team oriented acting.Intercultural integration and understanding.Cooperative and responsible for decision making process.Ability to work under pressure and coordinate numerous activities and groups of people who need to cooperate to achieve maximum efficiency.Interview Suggestions – AssessmentEnsure compliance with International Standards in company operations.Ensure regulatory compliance for jobs and tasks performed during project.Project evaluation - Provides subject matter experience during the evaluation and proposal phases of new projects.
