Responsibilities The Opportunity: Primarily to support NA SAP HCM systems (production support and projects) and other global payroll systems.Coordinate with support teams, BPO provider, and other vendors to complete payroll activities.Configure SAP HCM system to support gross to net payroll write/modify FD's/FMD's and configuration rationales.Your Impact: As Payroll Analyst, your responsibilities would consist of:
Act as SME for SAP HCM Payroll – Gross to net payroll.Work directly with vendor support team to ensure SLAs are met.Independently resolve issues related to SAP payroll using IMG and SAP best practices.Engage with delivery teams for new projects and applications that need to be transitioned to baseline support.Engage IT and payroll/finance business teams to resolve issues related to SAP HCM payroll systems. Qualifications Who Are We Looking For? Education: New grad in computer science, software engineering, or information technology.Experience: Fluency in spoken and written English is a must.Knowledge in SAP (Desirable).Programming language experience desirable.A team player.Great attitude and commitment to continuous learning.If this is an opportunity that interests you, we encourage you to apply even if you do not meet 100% of the requirements.
