**Job description****IT specialist (part-time/on call)****RESPONSIBILITIES**:- Manage databases and networks.- Review diagnostics and assess the functionality and efficiency of systems.- Support the team in software implementation (ManageYourTrip, QuickBooks payments system, etc.) and in communication with the software representatives.- Manage the admin roles in the software used (Gmail, Slack, Dropbox, Hiver, Aircall, Microsoft, McAfee, etc.)- Analyze the costs for the software used and suggest the more convenient plans as needed.- Suggest using/switching to new software in case of more economic or/and business appropriateness.- Manage software integrations.- Provide technical support to company team members and troubleshoot systems and software problems.- Provide trainings / instructions on using any kind of software and tools.- Manage information security.- Create accounts in the software used for new team members.- Work in collaboration with the various staff members and the CEO.**JOB REQUIREMENTS**:- At least 2-year proven work experience as an IT specialist.- Bachelor's degree preferred in IT.- Full professional proficiency in English.- Excellent and effective communication skills.- Meticulous attention to details.- Ability to perform remote troubleshooting and provide clear instructions.- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, and Excel).- Professional, proactive, resourceful, positive, team-oriented attitude.- Comfortable with working remotely.**What we offer**:- Work in a dynamically developing international company with a young and ambitious team.- Remote work with the ability to work from home/any place in the world.- We provide equipment for comfortable work, if necessary.**Key skills**- English — C2— Fluent- Communication- Organization- Analysis- Creativity- Project management- Persistence- Problem-solving- Resourcefulness- Multitasking**Job Type**: Part-time**Job Type**: Part-time**Experience**:- IT Specialist: 2 years (preferred)**Language**:- English (required)
