It Support

**DUTIES (Including but not limited to)**:- Craft and execute queries, designs and maintain BI Solutions- Responsible for the day-to-day ERP support.- Escalate unresolved issues that require more in-depth knowledge in a timely manner.- Document all technical work in a timely fashion, providing the necessary detail to accurately reflect all actions taken, in both technical and non-technical terms.- Participate in formal and informal training programs to strengthen analytical skills and enhance knowledge of software tools and packages which would prove beneficial to end-users.**REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS &/OR ABILITIES**:- Have good knowledge of data visualization, graphs, and charts- Knowledge of data modeling- Base understanding, knowledge of Rest APIs and System Integration methodologies.- Ability to build a dashboard- Organized, motivated, flexible and above all have a problem-solving attitude- Familiar with and capable of working the entire MS Office suite; knowledge of automated or computerized system operation including ERP or MRP systems.- The successful applicant will be a self-starter, comfortable in a fast-paced team environment- Demonstrates initiative- Follow-through on all aspects of responsibility- Excellent time management and communication skills**DESIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS &/OR ABILITIES**:- Microsoft Dynamics 2012 R2 (ERP)- Microsoft Dynamics 365- AMT ERP- Full Circle ERP- SQL Server- Power BI- File Maker Software v19 +- SSRS, DBXtra, basic SQL Reporting tools**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: $4,000.00 - $6,000.00 per weekCOVID-19 considerations:Uso de mascarilla obligatoria + Sanitización**Language**:- Experiência (required)
